Stunning French Number Cake is topped with fresh fruits, berries, macarons and flowers. Beautiful, elegant cake/pastry great for parties, birthdays, baby and bridal showers. We call them French Number Cakes are also known as cream tarts cakes, tart cakes, sable number cakes.

It features layers of pâte sablée, a French pastry dough that is crisp, and filled with dollops of diplomat cream then topped with a medley of fresh fruit, macarons, fresh flowers, meringue, candy and more. We personalize each with selected colors and adornments.

Tasting & Design Appointments:

There is a $75 tasting fee which includes three cake flavors. You will also sample three of our most popular fillings, caramel, lemon curd and ganache. Please specify any additional flavors you would like to sample when scheduling your tasting.
